What is V4 Glow?
Glow is a version of Switch V4, not a separate generation. It’s the teal device pictured on this page.
What if my V4 code won’t scan?
If your packaging has a scratch-off QR label, make sure the covering is cleared from the code and try scanning in good light. If it still won’t scan, keep your packaging and follow our verification guide. A failed scan leaves authenticity unconfirmed; it does not automatically mean the product is fake.
