THE OFFICIAL WEBSITES

boutiq.com and boutiqapparel.com are our only official brand websites. Use boutiq.com for product information, verification help and support. Boutiqapparel.com is our official apparel website.

SCRATCH. SCAN. VERIFY.

Find the scratch-off QR label on your packaging. Keep the packaging with you while you complete these steps.

  1. Scratch

    Gently remove the scratch-off covering to reveal the full QR code.

  2. Scan

    Use your phone’s camera to scan the revealed QR code and open the link.

  3. Verify

    Follow the on-screen verification instructions and read the result. If you cannot complete verification, keep the packaging and contact Boutiq.

Use the instructions and result from your scan to complete verification. Opening a webpage or seeing a Boutiq logo alone does not confirm authenticity. This guide and the chatbot cannot validate your code.

MY QR CODE WON’T SCAN.

Make sure the scratch-off covering is cleared from the QR code and try scanning in good light. If the code is damaged, unreadable, or still won’t scan, keep the packaging and contact Boutiq. Treat the product as unverified; a failed scan alone does not prove it is fake.

Tell us what happened when you scanned and the exact message you saw. Keep the QR code and verification code out of the chatbot and public posts.

MY CODE SAYS IT WAS ALREADY USED.

Keep your packaging and contact Boutiq with the exact message you see after scanning the scratch-off QR code. An already-used message needs review; it does not settle authenticity on its own. Keep your QR code and verification code out of chat.

ANOTHER WEBSITE SAYS IT IS OFFICIAL BOUTIQ.

A familiar name, logo or similar web address does not make another site official. Our official brand websites are boutiq.com and boutiqapparel.com.

A retailer's website is separate from an official Boutiq website. If another site claims to represent us, check with Boutiq directly. A name or logo alone is not proof of an official connection.

WHAT TO INCLUDE WHEN YOU ASK FOR HELP

Tell us your model, where you bought it, whether the scratch-off label was intact, what you tried, and the exact scan result or error message. Keep the packaging. Do not post your QR code or send passwords or one-time login codes.
